Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe originally from Joy Food Sunshine.
Makes 36 cookies. I made this recipe for work a few times, with one person saying "this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had". It was later revealed that he was on a diet and hadn't eaten any butter in the past 6 months.
The recipe is very particular about the following items:
- spoon and level the flour in a dry ingredient measuring cup
- do not over-bake the cookies, they will not look done when you take them out of the oven. Take them out when lightly browned
- use a cookie scoop for portioning. I don't own one of these
Staple Ingredients
